Our basic delivery company is EMS. Therefore, it is limited to EMS-enabled delivery countries, and the delivery period takes about one to two weeks depending on the country.
– The shipping fee is set differently depending on the delivery country.
– Free delivery is available if you order more than $400. 
– Depending on the shipping company’s flight schedule, orders may be delayed or additional fares may be charged.

Express Shipping

Currently, only EMS is available as the default courier, but you can also use express shipping couriers.
However, additional costs are incurred because the fare is expensive.
Of course, you have to pay this. In this process, we only charge the actual delivery fee and not the handling fee.
If you leave a memo about Express Shipping during the checkout step, our staff will contact you.
After paying the additional fare for express shipping, your order will be shipped.

Unreachable countries

We can also send through couriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, and TNT.
If you leave a memo on the contact page about details of your order and the country of delivery, our staff will contact you.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Before placing an order, it is a must to check the rules and regulations of the customs service of your country. If your package was suspended at the border, please contact your local customs office to pay the tax and get your package.
