    Please note that GLOWREGEN does not collect your credit/debit card information when processing payments. For detailed questions regarding your transactions, supported features of your card, or payment declines, please contact your card issuer directly.

Payment Status and How to Track It
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can also track the payment status directly on your account page, where the status of your order will be displayed. There are five possible payment statuses:

  • Pending Payment: Your payment is still pending. If you paid via bank transfer, your order will remain in this status until we verify your payment.
  • On Hold: We are currently verifying the payment details.
  • Processing: We have successfully received your payment and are preparing your order for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
  • Cancelled: Your order or payment has been cancelled.

To ensure a smooth and swift transaction, please verify the following steps. Once completed, you’ll be able to enjoy fast, one-click payments without needing to wait for wire transfers!

Often, credit card issues arise from either the absence of 3DS (3D Secure) protection or restrictions on international transactions. These can usually be resolved by contacting your bank directly. 🙂

We also accept payments via direct bank transfers. Follow the steps below to complete your payment:

  1. Include your 5-digit order number as the payment reference (e.g., #12345).
  2. Transfer the payment to GLOWREGEN's bank account.
  3. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will update the order status.
