1. Refund and Return Window
You can request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you received your product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period has passed.
To proceed with your return or refund request, we kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase or a receipt. This will help us expedite the process.
Please note: Do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly. We will guide you through the appropriate return process.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Eligible Items for Refund or Return:
- Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence of the damage, and we will issue a refund or exchange.
- Defective Items: If the product is defective upon arrival, please send us video proof of the issue.
- Lost Products: If the product was lost during delivery, please provide proof of loss from the carrier, and we will proceed with a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return:
- Opened or Used Products: Due to health and safety concerns, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Customer Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds based on customer remorse. Please review product details carefully before making your purchase.
- Certain Products: Products such as neurotoxins and Saxenda are not eligible for return or refund due to regulatory and health reasons.
Please note, all sales are final unless the item meets the above criteria for damaged or lost goods.
3. Refund Process

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank as they may have additional processing time for refunds.

5. Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at glowregenkr@gmail.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
7. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please mail it back to us at the address provided upon request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the item is valuable or requires special handling, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
